How to stop traffic in NYC

Forget the mohawk, pierced face, and tons o' bling. In today's big city the simple suit, sports coat, and fedora amongst friends will bring you all the (unwanted) attention you can stand.
Get together with these guys for lunch and revel in the comments like, "are you in a band", " can I take a picture with you", and my personal favorite, "are you in a barbershop quartet?"

I used to freak out when people got 40's and 50's styles confused. Actually people are off by whole half centuries, aren't they?
When were these shots taken? If it was last week, I'm sorry I missed it. I was in beautiful Chautauqua, which I will be posting pictures of tonight.

Now that's the sharpest lookin' bunch of mugs I've seen in a while. That "barbershop quartet" crack was either very brave or very foolish...you never know what that one fellow on the left might be packin' in his briefcase!

People say the silliest things sometimes but hopefully the classiness of your dress and manners will have a good effect on them and somehow will enter into their consciousness.
