Ties to me are like magnets to a refrigerator! Here's another that I picked up for $4.50 today.
That's #28 in my collection. 13 printed '40s ties, most with jacquard patterns, most silk, some rayon, 7 '30s brocade ties, and some others that fake vintage decently. I'm not counting the various military khaki, chocolate green, and pinks ties...
This one is 4" wide at the tip. Neat paisley jacquard pattern. Ties beautifully, with a nice dimple. Nice heavy material that doesn't wrinkle easily. I'd venture a guess that it's rayon. Quite the belly warmer.
I just realized I"ve picked up 3 in the past month that I haven't even worn yet...I have more blue ties than I need now! Too many red, as well...I need to find some different colors!
