Nothing says old world aristocratic autocracy quite like the monocle. Favorite of British Imperialists, Prussian generals and Czarist Russians alike.

I could never understand how someone could be so lucky as to have one eye with perfect vision and the other needing a prescription. ;)
Looks great Matt. I would bet that you tied that tie yourself as well. You look like you are going to teach a class or sign some agreement that will make the world a better place. ;)
I also like the pinch nose spectacles that roll into themselves for easy storage with a neckcord attached. I just can't find a pair that looks good on me. I ended up getting a bunch of vintage rimless glasses that hold onto your ears better than the new stuff that won't stay on worth a damn. My problem is that now I can't choose which one to make into a pair of glasses for me. Perhaps I need to post pictures for some advice.

Regards to all,

J

Actually, James it is quite common for people to have one eye which is substantially worse than the other. Maybe the "good" eye isn't perfect but it has good enough vision for everyday use whereas the other eye needs a prescription lense to be of any use whatsoever.

I suppose there are people luckier than me. Both eyes have the same prescription in my case. [huh] That makes me uncommon in just another of a myriad of ways. :p

Reminds me of someone

Nice picture, M.D.

You look like an archaeologist from the 1930s name William Harper "Johnny" Littlejohn. He used to travel the globe with an adventurer named Doctor Clark Savage.

Sincerely,
The Wolf

I have a Bionic Eye....dadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadadad.....

My other eye is a marble.

Matt, does the 'stache come off too? Or is it home grown?

I got some kinda cowboy/Magnum PI moustache going. My wife cut the handlebars off in my sleep. Seems they were poking her in the eyes whenever we smooched.
