WOW I PM'ed you on COW...now you show the snow photo ...gee. I posted to him that in California we have been in the 85 - 90 degree range. Next week may bring cooler temps and rain.

I love that hat..It is perfect on you. And I bet warm. I can't wear my felts now except in the evening when the sun goes down , or early morning. We still have cool mornings, but the midday is starting to be Hawaiin shirt and Montecristi..shorts, and light shoes.

Lucky for us in the Bay Area, we DO NOT get the humidity that I'm sure Michaelson or Zohar get. That is the one thing I hate..the humidity. Oh, and Michaelson's story of the frozen mornings trying to get the car going.. oooooo.

Actually, it was because of THAT PM and a crack Michaelson made earlier on COW that made me run out and snap the photo. It just happened to start snowing today and it's suppose to really come down for a while. theyre saying 6-12 inches. That first photo this morning, it was 45 degrees.
And now...

Looking good. I was *this* close to getting one, but then decided against it because of the black color, and my fair skin probably not being a good combination. Looks great on you, though.

Zohar, you'd look great in black....Art has your same complexion and he wears the vintage Borsalino black.


Come to think of It, I don't have a black hat, except for a DERBY.

I think a black hat is good for everyone. It is very basic and you can wear a black hat with just about any color. I started my collection with an OPTIMO Black Manhattan Fedora. When I was a little hesitant to order a black hat, Graham at OPTIMO told me that Black was a good hat to start with because it would go with just a about anything. He was right. From basic black then you can venture to other colors....different shades of brown, gray, blue, etc.

Isn't it great that we have so many choices of Color and Style?

Consider getting a black hat...I have a lot of grays, blue, and brown tones.

My favorite hat color that also goes with everything is the "dove gray" ..just like the photo drawing in my Avitar. Very light with a black band. It goes well with everything...pin striped suit, navy, and all my casual clothes..extremely well with my A-2 jacket. The only thing is doesn't look too good with is a brown suit.

Trust me... that snow is real. I have a bout a foot of the white stuff on the lawn and in the driveway.
