Always sad to hear of someone getting injured. Especially when it's through the selfishness/idiocy of someone else.
Get well soon (and hopefully not with a morphine addiction - that's no fun (well, it is at the time), i can tell you).

Sorry to hear that. I have a close friend who was severely injured by a hit-and-run driver last year, it's very sad how quickly things can change.

Such news is always a shock to the system. I know from experience that recovery from such an accident can be a long, difficult, and painful process, but it's much better than the alternative.
I hope the docs are able to patch you back together and get you out of the hospital and on the road to recovery very soon! Hospitals are no place to be... too many sick people there.
