Sorry, but I guess the sale is truly over.

I knew about the last sale (I am on their newsletter email list)...but I had already stocked up the last time they had a sale, so I really did not *need* anymore makeup. I was just curious about what they had left and if the marked the items back up.

I received a reply from Besame saying that they'd refund me the $32.25 difference. It's really made my day! $32.25 is a lot of money...

Good for you! It really did pay to ask about the shipping charge. That's a good chunk of change that I'm sure you can use elsewhere.

I checked back with UPS today and now it says my order has a rescheduled delivery date of August 20, so I've got a few more to wait. The anticipation is killing me! lol

I'm due for my first batch today also. ::excited!::

Since I ordered on the 6th, got a tracking number on the 13th and delivery today, I'll probably get a tracking number for my two August 10th orders on the 17th and receive them by the 19th.

Still have a lot of time of my hands and have been reading some more beauty blogs and they're informing their readers about the reformulation and repackaging (mostly they talked of repackaging...[huh] )

I just got my order and I love everything so far. The mascara looks nice, not clumpy like my current mascara, but I haven't tried it on yet. No problems getting the blush and shadow opened here. I did have an issue with the set of five lipsticks however, the tube of Noir Red was empty!

I called and left them a message. I hope if they can't send me one they give me a little credit. The other lipsticks are lovely and smell just like MAC. I have to wait now to next week for my other order with the lip and eye liner. Oh and I am in love with all the packaging. Great attention to detail. I will be a Besame customer from now on.:eusa_clap

When I emailed customer service , Maria emailed me back saying they would send me a replacement for Noir Red.
I wore Carmine last night, it looked lovely, but I have to be extra careful when removing and replacing the cover or some color gets chunked off! Difficult in a dark club.

Glad you all are loving your goodies, I am sorry I didn't find Besame sooner, whatever the outcome of the company.

Still waiting for my 8/8 order, though there is a tracking number with only the billing showing, so it's still sitting at Besame waiting for the man in brown.

that's 3 of us now just within this forum that got the 5 reds and the nior red is missing out of the tube! if you look at the bottom, does it say champagne? that would be kind of funny as us other 2 missing our nior red got an empty champagne tube! lol

I got my order today! I LOVE the merlot lipstick. I keep checking myself out in the mirror. The medium foundation is a touch too dark, but I have some bisque left that I could mix it with. The sweet pink blush is perfect. The only thing I'm not happy with is the size. I'm glad I got them on sale. If I had paid full price, I would feel jipped.

I have the merlot lipstick and love it too as well as the sweet pink rouge. Don't let the small size fool you, they last as long as "full-sized" products you find in stores. They have more "colorant" or whatever they call it--its more concentrated. I just ordered another merlot lipstick so I can I have one in my purse and one at home on my vanity. I had also ordered another sweet pink rouge (off the Bay). I sure hope my lipstick arrives intact!

My Noir Red was MIA as well and I also had the empty Champagne tube. I called and left a message, and they called back the next day. When I told them what happened, they thought it was strange, but said they would send me an item from their new merchandise. Kinda bummed I'm out the Noir Red, not that I know if it would look good or not, but I am excited to get something of the new stuff!

So weird about the empty Champagne tubes and MIA Noir Reds.....I bet the Champagnes were made into samples, and the missing Noir Reds... who knows.. maybe someone has a nice stockpile of them..lol

Just checked mine and it is marked correctly as Noir Red. It has the residue in it as was previously mentioned as if the lipstick was there and then removed. Very stange. [huh] Maybe a manufacturing error.

Well their lipsticks are well known to erm be very wobbly and then just fall out of the casing.....so i suspect this is what has happened with quite a few....

not good...hopefully you get a replacement soon!
