Are you sure that you posted the right link, because there is nothing even vaguely vintage there, and the slides aren't numbered. [huh]

The slides were numbered for me, up in the top right corner...
Now I see it. There was a different format on my previous viewing, with around ten pix, none vintage. [huh]

I saw this in the paper last week. I was disappointed - I know people here in Boston who have more style than all of these folks put together.

I agree entirely, though I appreciated some of the photography.
It wasn't as if what they showed was bad; it was just rather average, almost pedestrian, and not representative by the best of what Boston style may represent. An average afternoon stroll on Newbury Street, the South End, or Lower Allston would prove more inspirationial and interesting than what these frames represented.

Still, it's a push toward more inventive and expressive clothing out of the lock-step of what group cohesion and idenity brings out in people.

Kitty and HJ - that was exactly my point in posting this : why don't you two send the Globe's Fashion Editor a couple of pics, get a FL spread going?

There's also the two fellows in a couple of slides, that own a 'vintage' store.
