WANTED - Vest Pocket Watch

I am looking for a good/nice working vintage Yellow pocket watch for my vest and wondered if there is anyone on the lounge who would be willing to part with one or who knows of someone who might have one. Gold would really be too expensive and know that watches are available a dime a dozen. I might even be welcome to some suggestions but really have my heart set on a vintage watch in very nice shape (and runs). Are there any makers (like Waltham) that are noted for workmanship and long functioning movements? Any thoughts would be welcome.

Pocket watches

I have several pocket watches that I wore when I did Civil War reenacting. I have Elgins and Walthams mostly, they run well and are pretty hefty. Most men in the 19th century it seems wore silver pocket watches that were open faced with a heavy crystal. Let me take a look at my smal collection and I'll see if I have one that I am interested in selling. In the meantime, good luck with your quest! ~ Tim

Tim, thanks for your response. I have had one other response and really appreciate the Loungers for your support. I believe that my quest has been resolved. I understand that my wife and significant others are going to take care of my quest for my birthday. Rather than continuing this post, I will therefore state that my quest has been resolved.
