Brilliant, Justin, especially the watch and cufflinks. Is the tie from Old Glory Antique Mall? And is the suit the one you wore at the Antique Festival in Portland in July when I was there?

Pants held up by modern braces of unknown provenance, other accessories include a modern pocket square rescured--I think--from a Nordstrom Rack, 1934 Longines tank watch and enamel cufflinks that belonged to my great-grandfather (who passed away in the '20s), all topped off by Wall Street #3 from our very own Art Fawcett.

Hey, if you ever decide to lose the beard to go more vintage, you ought to consider the pencil moustache- you'd probably look super in it! btw, your haircut is great for the vintage look too.

Thank you all... Solid, Doran, Bugsy, chanteuseCarey and crazydaisy... that certainly got rather more attention than I'd thought it would! I absolutely love those cufflinks as well... they're my favourite pair, and not just for the family connection, thought that certainly doesn't hurt!

Doran~ The suit is indeed the same one I wore at the antique show last month. It has become my favourite, I believe, out of all my suits. The tie actually came, I believe, from the Avalon. It was one of my very first vintage clothing purchases.

Bugsy~ Finally found a (small, admittedly) source on the hosiery! I'll be making weekly pilgrimages for awhile now, I think...

chanteuseCarey~ Every time I shave I consider offing the beard in favour of a mustache by itself. I've not yet worked up the courage to do so, but I am trying! Glad you like the haircut, too--I've been trying to figure it out for probably over a year now (save for a four-month experiment involving long hair) and have recently been inspired again by "Public Enemies" and a still from it published about a month ago in the WSJ.

Yes, Justin/Anon` is in fact a very handsome fellow. My wife and I see him every time we go to Portland. My wife thought he was handsome as well, as did our friend Jennifer who met him once at the Secret Society bar.

But losing the beard will make him look even more swell.

Thanks MarkL, Nick! Those cufflinks are actually of a rather unusual style that I've only seen a few times. They're not snaps, but rather are connected by a solid bar welded to one face. The other face is attached by way of a hinge, thus:
