Would someone please furnish me with a good email address for Everything Austrailan and a person to contact there, or is Sam still the main contact. I have sent 2 emails to different addresses and have not received an answer. I received a notice about 3 weeks ago that my hat had shipped and I have not received it yet. Last hat I bought arrived about 7 days after the notice of shipment came. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Edited to add: Sam called me a couple of weeks ago, because his emails weren't getting through to me. I have email through Comcast & for some reason, the Comcast servers were blocking his email as spam. He told me that he's having this problem with several other customers. I added him to my address book, & it looks like that solved the problem. So, Guinness, if you have a Comcast email address and don't have Sam in your address book that may be the problem.

Thanks for the info. I use Comcast and I have them in my address book. I've sent a message through the website, hopefully this will work. If not, then I guesss my next effort will be a phone call. Hope I don't have to go that route. Thanks again.

You might also try setting up a free email account on yahoo or gmail or something like that. Ever since the problems with Comcast, Sam's emailed me through a yahoo account and that has worked fine.

My message to Sam through the website contact point was answered and Sam checked into the shipment. It cleared US customs on 9-25 but I still have not received it. Don't know what to do at this time. Any suggestions?

maybe check your local post office to see if they have it [huh] They might be holding it and failed to notify you.
