For sale is a black crepe dress - late 20's/early 30's era. A steal at $15, plus shipping (USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate box - $10.35 or contact me for Canada/International). I just want it to go to a good home where someone will wear it 
The insert and cuffs are dark with age and there are a some minor pinholes, but otherwise it's in good and wearable condition, but it will need cleaning. There are no tags. Slightly larger photo here. Sorry for the poor quality - this was one tough dress to photograph!
Drop waist with a pin that has missing rhinestones. The skirt below the drop waist is pleated all the way around. The neck has two ties that come down and perhaps are meant to tie but maybe just dangle there. There is a tie or loop that hangs below the pin. The one side of the tie at the neckline needs to be stitched back on but it is not torn or ripped.
The approximate measurements: length is 44 1/2", bust is 44", hips 45", shoulder to hip 23", and sleeves 23". I wear a 14 and it fits me.
