We've just moved house and I unearthed another box of Rucksacks.
I think I have more than 20 vintage examples now, including some from the
'30s, WW2 era and earlier German and a good few from the '40s and '50s.
I also have a Swedish Army one, dated 1913.
Plenty of Rucksacks for this lifetime- don't think I'll buy more...

Hello- yes, much more room, it's a 5 rm apartment
with lashings of cubbage- not so many boxes in the cellar now.

Looking forward to the next catalogue installment...

Even with 5 rooms and lashings of cubbage will there be enough space left for your wife and daughter and their stuff when you get all your boxes up?

You could hang all your vintage rucksacks on one of the walls and use them for additional storage...

Anyway congratulations with the new appartment.

We have a large, separate room, with its own entrance and bathroom,
which we have rented out. Now that room could give me some extra space...

Thanks for this. The item this lady is wearing is almost identical to the 10GBP cadet smock and assorted 1950s civilian anoraks that were discussed in the 'Anorak' thread.

Basically, she has my look. I'm not sure what to read into that...
