When I met up with Mike Moore in Ft Worth a few years ago - Rusty and Rocky were there too and we had some Lone Star beer at their trade show spot. Good times!
My hat is one Mike made for me sometime earlier.

Heading out to run some errands in a rare break in the rain.
Hat is an Adventurebilt.
Jeff, good news that your daughter is ok.
I don’t miss driving in crap weather, since we moved to Texas.
That Black Cherry Lord’s Hat is what I most associate with you. I remember when you got it made.
Art, you have brought a lot of pleasure to many people with your hats.
I think I have a dozen or so hats that you made for me - all of them are special and part of my life.
All the best for your retirement - I hope you enjoy being close to your family.

The reflection is on the doors of the civil courts building with the county courthouse in the background.
I was sad to read about Art Fawcett’s health issues recently. Art is a great guy and has made so many unique hats for people here.
Yesterday I was wearing the first hat Art made for me, years ago. Still perfect and I still love the original Black Cherry felt.
