A Polish actor Mateusz Kosciukiewicz is wearing what is almost certainly a Harley Davidson One Pocket Sportster jacket. He may not have fame (beyond Poland that is), but he certainly got style.
Don't use Pecards or Obenaufs on a new natural CXL, it will darken too much. Later on, maybe, but initially just wear it. @navetsea did a tremendous aging job on his natural steerhide jacket, and only applied conditioner after some time when he wanted to achieve a deeper color.

The misconception is perpetuated by conditioner brands. You'd think most of them would be out of business if all new jacket owners knew they don't need conditioners for the first 20 years, lol. Different story with boots and perhaps with jackets heavily exposed to elements, like riding jackets...

Just tell Aero you want a batch with lot of pull up and color variation. They will tell you if they are able to honor your request. It depends on batch-to-batch variations in natural CXL and only Aero knows if your request is possible to be met.
