I have one that was made inPakistan, it is one of my favorites! Hell of a lot cheaper than some of the higher end ones you see here!

These jackets were made in the 1990’s and I have seen prices for these all over the place. You can find them on ebay a plenty. I ran across one at an antique store for $25. Haven’t got to wear it, bought it this summer, but I think I will like it as a lighter early fall, early spring jacket...
This is exactly like the jacket I bought off of the bay recently. Mine has Ideal brand zippers though. Best I could find, it was made by Fidelity Leathers out of Boston, Mass. I love mine ! You sound like me sneeking into the house! Hope this helps and that darn bug bites us all when we follow...
First time I have posted, love this site! This jacket is not a true M-65 because the M-65 had a built-in hood with a zipper closure. The hood is from an M-43 jacket that was issued during the Korean war and early Vietnam war. This jacket looks like a repro to me. I’m sure someone else on this...
