I'm petite & somewhat curvy (small waist-to-hip ratio & curvier, short legs), and high waisted pants that I can wear with my vintage sweaters and tops are surprisingly hard to find! I seem to have the wide leg pants category covered (easier), but I can never seem to find slim, high waisted...- ArtGirl

Yeah, I know. Basically I think the White House/Black Market, the J & Company, The Chadwicks and the Joe's Jeans are probably about a 10" rise, now that I look at them.
