    Dry vs. Wet Pin Curl Sets

    I do dry sets with bobby pins. I've never had trouble with indentation, and I find it quite easy. In fact, since I stopped using so much hair spray and such, my curls have had better staying power. Go figure. :) Oh, my hair is about medium thickness and just barely to my shoulders.

    Sorry, couldn't find a good full length though. Freddies jeans and thrifted top and everything else. Also, my mom and I ended up missing the ferry and getting stuck on the island the previous day, so I couldn't set my hair. :)

    That's interesting Miss Scarlet, I'll have to try it out. :) So far I've just been doing flat pin curls with one barrel curl in front where I need more body. I never thought of doing them all over. Don't they get squished when you tie a scarf over top?

    Getting my hair cut short tomorrow

    Well, I'm growing it out again if anyone was wondering. I'm too lazy to have it short. Where when it was long I could to a big pincurl on each side and end up with nice waves. Isn't it great that hair grows, for those people who can't make up their minds? :)

    Those are about the looks I get with my hair. I just do 4 pincurls on each side just before I go to sleep (usually in bed) then tie a scarf on and in the morning just lightly brush through with my fingers. Since I don't use any product I find it doesn't require brushing like it did when I used...
