I love that thread ! My granny and great-aunt where respectively teenager and newly wed during WW2. They lived in a poor and rural family and worked in the city. As a beginner ( and also a post-goth-who lived in black for years ) I look for classics : pencil skirt, black dress, grey cardi, white blouse...
