    3X-5X-7X NOW 4X-6X-8X ??????

    As best I can determine, there was a point that HATCO changed it's Quality scale from 3,5 & 7 to 4, 6, & 8X's. First, does anyone know when this happened (earily 80's??) Second, was there a drop in quality at that time?:eek: If "Hatco" cares to chime in I would appreciate it.
