    Thanks for the reply! I have started looking through the eBay listings and have found some pretty similar ones, so I think that's what I'll have to do. Wish the tie had a label on it, but there doesn't appear to have ever been one.

Actually, there are no labels, and I can't even tell for sure if there ever was a label, leading me to wonder if it was actually store-bought. My grandmother was known for making a lot of her own clothing, so she might have even made it...
