    I own the Bailey renegade felt hat which I wore all last winter it is felt, was quite nice, not great for hunting though brims to large and have grown to used to wearing it more formally with my green winter coat.

    I prefer a wider brimmed straw. I own a Bailey Nichols which has a wider brim then I care for, but when I camp, fish, kayak, etc and it is really hot it`s nice to cover the neck and shoulders. Personally if you just want sun protection it`s the way to go. If you want to dress, the panama style...
