Thanks for your comments and I wear a size 7, which is a bit tight but keeps the wind from blowing it away. The old black hat was a 7 1/8 and I had to put some filler in the sweat band to make it fit right. It actually feel real comfy and, hopefully, with a new sweatband it will be perfect...- Rick Hartigan
