OK, I have a jacket made from Blattwerk Dark Brown Horse, which I got wet and now it's about as stiff as Bernie. I've tried wearing it, and still hasn't loosened up. Any ideas aside from get it wet again and see what happens?
This is a plea for advice. I have two leather jackets, one from Aero and the other from SB and after being in the closet for a while they both smell fishy. What am I doing wrong and how do I get rid of the smell?
And for background they are both veg tanned. My CXL doesn't smell at all.

I got my new Aero Maxwell at the end of last week and it's fantastic! Only a couple modifications to the design, which is a straight yoke on the back, straps on the cuffs like the Route 66, and no chest pocket.
