getting the right size coat
I'm about to order a leather jacket from Aero, but I'm having a tough time deciding on the size to order. I'm 5'9 with a 39 1/4 chest. Naturally I want to get the best fit the first time. Campdraft
Well I got my Campdraft on Saturday. It sure is a nice hat for the money, BUT according to Art i'm a "tweener" between 1/4 & 3/8 long oval. The hat is a 3/8 but it feels a tad bigger than that and the hat hurts like $%&& to wear. I padded it some but the front and back are really tight. So... -

Stuck between sizes
I just got my first vintage hat and just like I figured I'm between sizes, after a few mins of wear the hat slides down enough just to touch the top of my ears. Is it best to just pad the hat some and if so what is the best placement for the padding, the sides or the back? I'll post some pics... -
