    That’s a good idea actually. The issue seems to be with teeth on the tape being slightly loose - they don’t align properly to close when zipped… not sure it’s an issue with the zipper pull but worth a try to see if it helps

    It’s not a perfect fit - to be fair they’re right that it’s a compromise … but it works well enough to be viable.     I have this model in black - these CRN/Renegades are a great jacket. I get far more compliments wearing my Vanson than any of my others. Vanson know how to make a great fitting pattern. Good luck on the medical front - this is a steal on a jacket that’s often out of stock.
