Was surprisingly cool today so I pulled out the Chopper. It's my favorite jacket because it feels like a suit of armor and I feel both more confident and damn near invincible wearing it. It also reminds me of the jacket my grandfather wore growing up. Still hope to find a copy of that same model...
The fleece liner is about 1/8 to 1/4 of an inch thick on my Model B. You don't need to worry about any of the warning symbols, at least, I never have.

Vanson is great. I have a model B with the zip liner and it's quite warm. It's a very comfortable jacket as well. I can wear it all day with no issues. I second Aloysius' recommendation.
I like how it looks. I think a little bit of room is a good idea because it leaves space for your weight to fluctuate a bit and also allows you to layer as you wish.
Picked up a Schott 619 from a buddy, got it in hand today. It's in the lightweight naked cowhide with a ton of pull up. Very excited to throw it on and see how it feels.
