How would one achieve this fabulous hairstyle?
hello ladies,can i have hair help????? im doing a lindy hop routine this summer for some thing,not exactly sure what "thing" it is yet, and i want to have this hairstyle,it may be impossible since it was a cartoon add for stockings,but.... ...umm,you get the picture.
