    Doesn't matter. If you think 110cm is slim for a 38 chest, what is your "regular"? 2 meters? 110cm is more than 7cm on both sides. Might be ok for a hoodie, not a cross zip leather jacket. Japanese-era RMC cuts were always slim like this except the last generation. Might not suit everybody...
