I found reference to "White Rock" in Shake 'Em Up 1930 Reprint by Ross Bolton.
It states you can get it by the case which is the cheaper way to go. Any of you fine folks have a idea what this is?

While helping my mom clean out some closets I found this typwriter my dad had picked up years ago.
From the information I can come up with I believe it was produced somewhere between 1911-1923.
Well folks it's finally finished. I took an old Stetson cowboy hat that belonged to my dad and turned it into a fedora. I had to replace the sweatband due to it tearing. I then changed out the ribbon, cut down and bound the brim.

I have been considering picking up a tuxedo for veriuos formal events. I tend to get invited to 2 or 3 through the year that I'd like to get a little more dressed up then a black suit. That got me to wondering who owns a tux and how often do you get to wear it?
I was shopping at Belks over the weekend and came across a pair of trousers labeled has British khaki. I noticed the weave seemed diffrent than ragular khaki. What is the difference ?
