    Vest etiquette

I'm usually quite irked by the gap between my generation's low rise skinny trousers or jeans and their vests but this evening I witnessed something I never thought I'd see. The poor guy was wearing clip on braces OVER his vest. Has anyone witnessed that before?

    Formal tall boots?

I look for that type of "latchet" boot all the time and can never find a pair that actually buttons. I had a pair of Stacy Adams but they zip up the side. Where is this pair that you speak of?

    Formal tall boots?

Planning on getting married soon. I'm a boot wearer. I feel most comfortable in them...its the heft, the structure. Makes me feel grounded. Cigar, Cigarette...

I need to stop smoking. I smoke Djarum Specials primarily and sometimes Nat Sherman Cigarettellos. The Sherman's get on my nerves though so it is very very rare, they are unfiltered and I cant the the hang of not getting the paper too wet and having it fall apart on me. They taste nice though...

    Favorite 1920s Cocktails?

I must agree with you. I am from the city where the Sazerac came to be. Drinking it feels very special when you're drinking it in New Orleans.
