I had Jerome (Cheaterome) paint my Buzz L-2A with a Korean War blood chit that was copied from an original L-2A from the C-47 unit the "Kyushu Gypsies."
While Jerome had the jacket I was able to come across an original Kyushu Gypsies patch on Ebay which I later had put on the jacket.

I came across this really neat picture of two pilots from the 4th Fighter Group. To me what is so cool about the picture is that they have both AAF wings and RAF wings painted on their A-2's. Very unusual.

I'm thinking about getting a Aero A-2, and I can't make up my mind if I want the Jerky horsehide or the Oil pull horsehide. Do you guys know what the difference is and how do each of the hides wear over time? Thanks
