    I would guess around $50-$75 depending on how much the brass and hardware cost is. I would have to use 1/4" brass stock for the sliding mech that holds the blade and 1/16 or 1/32 brass stock for the part that holds the brim. The wood and blades shouldnt be a problem I have a lot of exotic scraps...
