A last hurrah here before it goes on the eBay auction block this Sunday evening. My eBay seller i.d.: crosby_square

Hand-made in 1920. Body lined in satin silk, with taffeta silk sleeve lining. Working buttonholes on the sleeves. Exquisitely tailored! Size 38 L.

The coat was custom-made, but I can't tell if the quilting was done by hand. The label was removed at one point, but everything about the tailoring says: "Made in Paris".

By the way, it's common for famous/important people to remove their names from clothing labels (usually found on custom-made items), before giving the clothes away.
