I have owned several of this style through the years. This style originally posted in the 1959 Sears catalog.
These jackets were made by Appalachian Tanned and Tailored and sold with their label and the Sears Oakbrook and Fieldmaster labels. They mostly had this pile lining, but other linings have been seen.
This jacket is marked a 42, and fits like a 42 on me. Nice steerhide on this one with some scuffing on the sleeves. Very clean for being nearly 60 years old.
Look at all the pics and video for more information.
Price: $125 shipped in CONUS-difficult to loose money on this one. Keep it, wear it, sell it. You are not risking much to have FUN!
