6 3/8 size?

I'm looking for a fedora that will fit my son. I measured and it seems he wears a 6 3/8 size. Does anyone make that size? I've searched ebay and haven't found any.

I've got an old 6 7/8 fedora that needs work, Shamus. I don't know if you're looking for something clean and prestine or something that looks like it's been through all three Indy films. The one I have is vintage (not sure how old) and the felt is fine, but the inside needs to be redone. A reblock would make this one look like new. Here's some pics.

You could always get a 6 7/8 and put some foam strips under the sweatband so that he can grow into it.
