A-1 flightjacket in russet vintage Goatskin

I have for sale a new, yes new custom A-1 flightjacket made from US Authentic's amazing russet vintage goatskin. It is only a few months old and only been worn a hand full of times. Asking $250 shipped in the US. Measurements are as follows:
22" across the chest
7.75" each shoulder seam
21.25" leather sleeves + 2.25" knit cuffs
18" front length + 3" knit waist band

would that then qualify as a size 40 reg?

PS- that IS one very smart looking jacket, IMO.

To help clear up the size issue.. there isn't a size label in it, I guess that's cause it was made from custom measurements sent to US Auth. It's made like a 44 with "taper" to the body. I'm an honest 42 and I think it's pretty close to that, IMO.

Lining: Some have asked about the lining, I forgot to mention it..it's a really nice dark copper (colored) satin with a large pocket sewn onto it (not internal). It has the military A-1 contract label attached of course.
