    Looks like a pretty standard '60s black stingy brim. The only thing that strikes me as being out of the ordinary is the ribbon. See how the middle of it has a decorative, diagonal stripe?

    It was Dave Brown I believe.....

    Art Fawcett provided some of the costumes for this movie, I don't know if he supplied Hank's hat. It may have been made by Dave Brown, "Hatter to the Stars".
