Well, despite the lukewarm reviews that I've read, I'm sure I will be seeing "Allied". I don't bother much with reviews; I like what I like. And this movie seems to check all my (our?) boxes: WWII espionage? Check. Exotic locations? Check. Gorgeous 1940s' ambiance and costumes? Check (that's one thing that all the critics seem to agree on.) Intrigue, action and romance? Check. With all of that, I'll probably like it despite myself. I wonder what the music sound track is like?
