Love this jacket which I've just purchased, superior materials and weight to my Alpha B15 'Vintage' series.

This looks to be an outstanding jacket, you've very lucky, and I can see what Atticus was talking about with these early Replica jackets. I wonder how these compare to the current Replica jackets in terms of quality?

Nice! Where did you find it? I have the B15C version; it compares very favourably to my Buzz B15C-MOD. Not as good, but there's much less of a difference than the price gap would suggest. The current Alpha range has a replica B15 that looks to be a rrissues of this D spec model, but I've yet to see one elsewhere.

Jacket came off e-Bay Edward, the seller posts on VLJ forum (saw it for sale there too). He's sold me a peach here, well looked after and with no issues..photos really don't do it justice. It's around the same measurements as my XL 'Vintage' Series version but is worlds apart quality wise IMHO. Too warm to wear now but will come into it's own in the winter.

Too true!

It's a size large. I'm 6'1'' and a 41'' chest and it fits very well except the body is a shade too short for my liking. Would suit somebody around 5'9'' with a chest up to 42 probably excellently. I'll drag it out and measure it properly and put it in the classifieds here.

Interestingly it was redyed by the previous owner (a member here and at VLJ) and the nylon shade is far closer to originals because of it.
