Authentic A-2 Epaulets: The typical width

What was the typical width of the authentic A-2 epaulets? At shoulder and at the collar?

Were the 'longer' box X stitched epaulets typically the same width at shoulder and collar as the 'shorter' box X stitched epaulets?

Also, did a smaller jacket size, say a 38, have a smaller epaulet width than a larger size, say a 46?

I am curious if a manufacturer would increase the width of the epaulets once a jacket reached a certain size. Or, were the epaulets just one standard size no matter how big the jacket was?
