Anyone on here know where I can get decent quality Balmoral boots for $200 or less in LA? I'm not looking to break the bank here, but I am looking to get some decent if not excellent boots. They shouldn't look like work boots, no wing-tipped models, thank you, and preferably, as I have noted, they should be Balmoral boots, which means I would prefer that they be closed laced, of course. Though if they are decent quality....I suppose I can smudge on that, for the now. So, any ideas? Any takers? I wear a 9.5 in American sizing. I would like that they either some shade of brown, or black. Thanks for your time and consideration on this fellow Loungers!
