Not sure if this is the appropriate place to post this, but an explosion and large fire occurred two doors down from the Bencraft 13th Ave location in Brooklyn today. It appears that Bencraft's building may have sustained damage. Hoping for the best and thoughts go out to everyone affected by this.

Sorry for not posting this earlier. Our store on 13th ave was destroyed completely. We lost just about everything in the store including a beautiful antique hat collection that I had collected for over twenty five years.
We hope to rebuild . We have opened a temporary location in the Flatbush section at 1324 Ave M . We are bringing over merchendise everyday from the williamsburg location. We hope for the best!!!
