This is a pair of original To Boot New York by Adam Derrick. Brown suede, six eyelet split toe boot, Size 9 1/2, run large, more like a size 10.
Part of my large brown suede collection of shoes & boots. Near new condition, no scuffs or scratches, sole shows no wear,etc.

how comfortable are these boots?

Brown Suede Lace Up To Boot Boots

These boots are sized 9 1/2 but run on the large side. I wear a size 10 M. Unless you had a very wide foot the 9 1/2 would fit a size 10.

As far as comfort they have a vibram sole showing no wear & have a cushioned. Even though the boot is 9" high & well made & fits snug it is supple not ridgid. Would wear all day long easily & also be a very good walking shoe.
