hey; i wanted to try some buzz rickson chambray shirts witha tie. they say the medium is a 15 1/2 inch neck. is it really that, after washing? I hate a too tight collar. im a 15 1/2 - 16, and would e ok witha true 15 1/2, but not a 15 1/2 slightly shrunk thanks in advance for your help to this rather specific query;
