In case anyone is still looking for a Ridgeway hat, I recently found these :

They are pretty spot on, but the bill isn't as durable as the originals. The XL is definetly a 7 3/4" or 62CM. I normally wear a 61 and it is a little big on me, but I was afraid to risk getting the next size down. Happy hat hunting!
