Met him at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival 16 years ago. A gentleman, and the Robert Cray Band played a version of 60 Minute Man for him.

I once had the pleasure of meeting Ed Bradley in a bar in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. He was a gracious gentleman. We could use more gracious gentlemen in this world - he will be missed.

Very sad news. I've enjoyed his journalism over the years and I'm not surprised that those who were fortunate enough to meet him describe him as a gentleman. We need more of those on TV news. R.I.P.

I never knew he was suffering from lukemia. Very sad news indeed. It was a documentary I remember, where he talked about his love of jazz music and some the Miles Davis tunes he liked. He will be missed.

Yes..he seemed like a more reasonable,level headed investigative interviewer. He always came across as a nice guy. I remember when he added the earring. Will miss your pleasant style,Mr. Bradley.
