Thanks! I bought a couple of Biltmores from the Hats Plus on-line store and never noticed they were in Chicago.

I used to live in Chicago. Hats Plus is a great place to go and buy a big name manufactured hat. The people are friendly and always willing to talk hats. Optimo is a great place for custom made hats. He (Graham) also has a good number of hats ready made. The last time I was there they were going thru some renovations. I think they were going to add an additional room. I don't know if they have finished yet.

i was there monday, ordering my fifth hat from them, & they still have a long way to go. however, when it is finished, it is going to be very nice...
