But I have no clue, if the special Voltaren Emulgel really helped in that case.

Pain is back, since three days, bah. But thankfully not that worse. But like I said, the more moving the more better. And the fine exercises.

Take a few drops of Metamizol and keep moving, best medicine in case it’s just about tenseness.
Or do you possibly have gallstones? Mine caused terrible backaches once they decided to take a walk along my bile duct and finally blocked it…

In the beginning, I had to pay attention not to fall for my much highered appetite.

I think so. But I never used any ASS.
