cockpit g-1 vintage

my friend was looking at cockpit jacket g-1 vintage. has anybody have any information on cockpit jackets.....they sell them on u.s. wings website or direcet from the factory. the pictures of the jacket look preety good.....thank--you people*******

Frankly, not the best jackets. In regards G-1's getting an original eBay is the way to go. Originals can be purchased often very inexpensively ($100-$200 range)and they are the real thing. Best to not buy anything later than a 7823D model although I have seen some good E's. Without getting too serious about it, I have never understood buying a repro G-1 seeing as how readily available real ones are. Just my thoughts to pass along.

I agree with CBI 110%...With all the original G-1s floating around, why bother with a repro. You may even be able to find a nice 7823 for about 2 bills. Good luck, hunting is the best part.
