Creases in horsehide

Hello everybody,

I bought a horsehide Aero deluxe half belt as an early Christmas present to myself last year.

I’ve been wearing it now and again, but I’ve noticed it’s developing quite an obvious crease down the left shoulder. This crease is still apparent when laying the jacket down and when hanging it. I use an oversized hangar to try minimise this but it’s still visible.

Any idea how I can tame this before it starts to get worse? It’s only slightly visible when being worn, so I’m concerned it will become more prominent over time.
